Usama Young in a navy suit

Founded by Usama Young.

Eight seasons in the NFL, a Super Bowl ring, and two Walter Payton Man of the Year nominations. He started this foundation in his playing days because someone once believed in him first.

His leadership advisory practice is a separate company.

Every gift goes to a kid, not a fee.
